CANCELLATIONS
APPOINTMENTS- If you are unable to make an appointment you must give 24 hours notice.  If notice is not given you will be billed/charged the amount of the services scheduled.  Notice can be by email containing your name, appointment time and a contact phone number or call/leave a message.  It is best to talk with someone to see if other arrangements can be made.

INVOICES- To cancel transaction, you must send an email to [email protected] within 8 hours of when you first placed your order. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, Invoice number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your Invoice. If you are not able to cancel it within 8 hours, transaction fees occurred by Paypal/google checkout will be charged. After 8 hrs, please refer to our REFUND POLICY below or contact your bank or payment  gateway (paypal, etc) to cancel the transaction.

REFUND POLICY
As a standard atleast 60% deposit must be paid to start the project, The complete development consists of 2 phases (stages). If not satisfied ( or need to cancel for whatever reason) after the first phase, 50% (of the initial deposit) will be refunded. Allow 30 days for the refund to process. The rest 50% includes our administration fees, time & resources spent, as it involves various organizational aspects to begin a project. After your complete review of the progress, we’ll be moving on to the 2nd phase. The remaining 40% of fees will be charged at this time to move on to the 2nd  phase (final). If not satisfied ( or need to cancel for whatever reason) after the 2nd phase has begun, only 30% (of the full amount) can be refunded as we have already invested much of our resources, energy and time into the project. 
BudgetEsolutions staff  are fully focused on provide services to customers for a fraction of the industry's cost. Therefore we are obligated to charge a certain percentage to avoid misuse of our flexible price structure and to protect our company standards and compensate the efforts, resources and time spent for the entire project up to that point.


PROJECT PROCEDURE & FEES ARRANGEMENT:
BudgetEsolutions staff is dedicated to work on your assignment according to your requirements and satisfaction. Discuss project in details and you will be billed exactly according to the initial proposals, agreement and discussions by you and BudgetESolutions Staff. Additional charges may be applied to any extra changes/add-ons/edits work that is not included in your proposal. Additional charges may apply for bank/paypal transaction fees, sales tax when/if necessary.

PRIVACY
We at BudgetEsolutions respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We will not sell, trade or rent any of your personal information to any third parties.
Without your consent, we do not collect customer personal information to support our marketing/promotional efforts and you will not be receiving calls/emails from us to solicit new products, services and promotions. 

With respect to Cookies and Ad Servers: A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our website. Our website may use cookies to store visitors' preferences and store visitor information to analyze user habits and patterns during their visit to the site and site improvement purposes. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Security: We are committed to provide a secure and safe shopping/purchasing environment for our clients. During transactions ( When you make payments), all of your personal information ( such as credit card numbers, bank info etc) are processed and protected by (SSL) encryption technology by reputed payment gateways such as PayPal. Please refers to their company terms and conditions for further information. This securely encrypts and protects your personal data including your name, address and credit card information so that it cannot be read by anyone over the internet. Though there's some risks involved through any transaction online, we value your trust very highly, and we will ensure from our end and every effort possible that your personal information that you provide us will be fully secured and protected.
